We were delighted to pick up the prestigious ‘Client Relationship Team of the Year’ award at the British Conveyancing Awards ceremony, held on 15th March in central London.
Winning the award gives some well-deserved recognition to our hard-working, dedicated Customer Relationship Management team, who strive to continually deliver a 5-star service to our customers, working entirely on providing our customers with an impeccable service. Since they have been operational, we have seen huge improvements in our customer satisfaction and we were delighted that at the end of 2021, 87% of our customers awarded us 4 stars or more.
Our Customer Relationship Management team is made up of four dedicated staff members who work alongside our Legal Teams to provide guidance and continual support to our customers from the moment their Terms are agreed. The team are in regular contact with our customers from day one, and touch base with them again at a further four key stages of their journey.
We ensure that we hold our customers hand through the entire process of their move, providing support in a language they can understand. Our approach is to explain the conveyancing journey, discuss the key milestones, break down the timeframes and provide them with a direct dial into the Customer Relationship Team.
Many people can feel over-whelmed with the process of buying or selling property, moving home is one of the most stressful life experiences for people, so at PLS we aim to allay people’s concerns by taking their hand and walking them through the process step by step.
