Read moreWhen you first instruct us our New Quotes Team will deal with the initial stage of the transaction. They deal with the quote, and send out the initial paper work to you, answering any questions you might have long the way.
Once you have returned our initial paperwork your dedicated legal team will take over. And they will handle your case right up to the day of completion.
When we set up your case we will tell you the name of your team, and the case handler who will be helping long the way. You will be provided with direct phone numbers and email addresses. The team sit together and will work on your case collectively to make sure there is always someone available to take your calls or answer your queries and proactively ensure things move forward quickly.
After completion of your sale, purchase or remortgage there will still be a number of formalities to tie up at our end. These won’t necessarily need to involve you, but they are still an important part of the process. At this point, our dedicated Post Completion Team will take over to perfect all of the post completion formalities.
