So I appreciate Hannah being along through it all and being patient when it was slow. Hannah took over from a colleague who left, and I can imagine that was stressful, but Hannah got everything sorted right away with introductions and steps. Documents had to be resent to us a bunch of times due to the mortgage providers and they sent them quickly every time. I had to query a few things on costs, but they were remediated quickly.
