Equality & Diversity

Every 2 years we carry out an equality and diversity survey of our employees in line with the SRA’s requirements. We encourage all our employees to take part in this anonymous survey, however it is non-compulsory and some employees may prefer not to take part. From the data that is provided we are able to conclude that our employees fall into various protected characteristics as defined by the Equality Act 2010.  These protected characteristics are age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation.

Due to the structure of our firm there is a risk of some employees being identified through their anonymous data, so we are unable to publish more specific details without breaching the Data Protection Act 2018.
