“Professional, Efficient, Supportive, Remarkable As a very first time UK house buyer and also an overseas buyer, I have heard a lot about how solicitors worked in the UK. However James and his teammates’ excellent work changed all what I have heard and my entire experience with the team was absolutely amazing. I always leave reviews after I have experienced the whole thing and this time was outstanding with the team. At the first beginning was Rachel who attended to us and she was very very helpful and answered all my questions in a very short time which reassured me as I was new to it. After that, it was James who has done all the paperwork, answered and cleared all enquiries in my mind and he was always there to support which was outstanding. As a client, he was perfect to help, always replies emails and phone calls very quickly and I had nothing to complain about. At the same time, when I heard the issues happening on my friends with their solicitors and I felt grateful I had the team to help with. The whole process was done last week and the whole experience with James and his teammates was remarkable. Purchasing a house with such a excellent team made the whole thing much easier and comfortable without any stress because they were very very helpful. One big lesson I have learnt from James was, one time (the only time) he wasn’t answering my reply for like a couple of hours or a day (there was a time difference). Once I received the reply and I felt so guilty of worrying about so much because he was on his side doing work and researches for our family. I learnt how to be patient with them and shouldn’t rush them. The most important thing was I built my trust in PLS. Like many other conveyancing firms, the past couple of years have been particularly hard – from the impacts of the pandemic to the introduction of the Stamp Duty holiday. So, it has not always been possible to achieve those Five Star reviews.
