My wife and I instructed PLS for the purchase of our new build property and sale of our previous property. I was at first a little apprehensive as PLS are not local to me but I didn’t need to have worried at all!!! The accessibility of the online portal was excellent with the majority of work being done online. William Kerrs-Farmer especially (and his team) was excellent, all questions were answered in a timely, professional and personable manner, I never felt rushed when talking on the phone. Excellent communication and customer service, would definitely recommend and have to family already.

However, we do recognise that sometimes things do not go as smoothly as we would like. Like many other conveyancing firms, the past couple of years have been particularly hard – from the impacts of the pandemic to the introduction of the Stamp Duty holiday. So, it has not always been possible to achieve those Five Star reviews.
