Back

Becca is qualified to CIPD level and joined PLS Solicitors in June 2019 as a HR Business Partner. As well as providing HR support and guidance to her dedicated business areas, she is also responsible for recruitment across the firm. In addition to this Becca is our resident ISO expert and project managed the firms successful ISO90001 certification in June 2021.

“I have been working in HR for the last 4 years, there can be challenging times but I am lucky to be part of such a great team”.

Prior to joining PLS Solicitors I was a Retail Manager, but I wanted to make a real difference to employee’s lives, so I decided on a career in HR. Since joining PLS Solicitors in 2019, I feel I have had an opportunity to achieve my goals from working closely with Sarah Millican, Head of HR and our Executive Board, in making strategic decisions for talent within our firm, to implementing our vision for making PLS a ‘great place to work’.

My colleagues tell me I am approachable, hard-working and have a ‘can do’ attitude!

Outside of PLS

Outside of work I love socialising, walking and bringing out my creative side in painting, arts and crafts.

“A day in the life of HR is never the same, I love having the opportunity to come up with new ideas and run with projects that will help both the employees and the business”.
