We were delighted to hear that we have been shortlisted for the ‘Client Relationship Team of the Year’ award at the British Conveyancing Awards for 2022!
Having scooped the award last year for the ‘Best Use of Social Media’, we are thrilled to be shortlisted again this year, and we are looking forward to attending the Today’s Conveyancer live event on 15th March in London!
Our exceptional commitment to providing the best in customer service resulted in creating a dedicated Customer Relationship Management team in May of last year. Our fantastic team works entirely on making sure our customers receive a hands on service when they are feeling most anxious, and since they have been operational, we have seen huge improvements in our delivery.
Conveyancing is high-volume and, at times, can be high pressure – this new team is also supporting heir colleagues across the firm. Our Customer Relationship Management team is made up of four dedicated staff members who work alongside our Legal Teams. They provide guidance and continual support to our customers from the moment Terms are agreed. The team is in regular contact with our customers from day one, touching base with them again at four key stages of their journey.
