Graham brings over two decades of senior in-house legal and strategic experience, most notably from his time at Redrow PLC, which was one of the UK’s leading housebuilders. He held several senior roles including Group Company Secretary, Group Head of Legal, and Director on both the Executive and Operational Boards. His career has spanned legal, compliance, and commercial operations, giving him a deep understanding of the priorities and pressures facing the UK’s newbuild sector.
Graham’s appointment reinforces PLS’s alignment with the needs of the UK’s national and regional housebuilders. His in-depth knowledge of the newbuild process and experience managing a national in-house plot sales team offers a unique perspective, ensuring that PLS continues to deliver a legal service that developers can trust to support their buyers efficiently, professionally, and at scale.
