International Women’s Day is all about working together to create a gender equal world that is free from bias, stereotypes, and discrimination.

This year’s theme #InspireInclusion focuses on inspiring others to truly appreciate women’s contribution and recognise their value by creating a more inclusive environment for them to thrive and be the best they can be.

Each year this day serves as a powerful reminder of the progress made towards gender equality, but we mustn’t forget that there is still a lot more work to be done especially to promote diversity in leadership and key decision-making positions.
