Kieran is responsible for the Secured Lending & Real Estate Department which specialises in Bridging and Commercial Finance, Development Finance and Islamic Finance.

Kieran is an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor who has worked for the firm since August 2014. When Kieran joined PLS Solicitors, he was firstly involved in all aspects of residential property. Shortly after he became an integral part of a team which handled residential and commercial property, new build acquisitions and acting for lenders and borrowers on all forms of bridging and development finance products.

Kieran studied at Liverpool John Moores University, Edge Hill University and later the University of Law in Manchester where he obtained his LLB Law Degree and LPC qualifications. Kieran qualified as a solicitor in June 2017 and has been responsible for the Secured Lending & Real Estate Department since its launch in 2018. Kieran has been an Associated Director at the firm since June 2021.
