With a career in HR spanning 30 years, Sarah is the Chief People Officer at PLS Solicitors and is CIPD qualified. She oversees the firm’s human resources strategy, focusing on talent management, organisational culture, and aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Since joining the firm in 2015, Sarah has helped PLS grow from a single office with 30 employees to over 200 staff across five offices.
