The PLS solicitor assigned to us was Aiman, who we found extremely professional, helpful and patient when things got stressful near exchange. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Even our estate agents mentioned many times how good Aiman at PLS was with their communication and procedures. The best part is they specialise in fast turnarounds which does depend on other slower solicitors in a chain though. Their PLS app is not the best and not seen as a reliable tracker to use in the conveyancing process, so only use the PLS website! I would highly recommend PLS and Aiman in the future.
