Direct Customers (You) must refer to the code OCT20 when requesting or agreeing Your quote with us. The discount is only valid when a quote expressly and in writing includes reference to the 20% reduction. The 20% discount applies only to the main base legal fees charged by us. The discount does not apply to any additional charges, including additional legal fees, disbursements, or any third party costs. The quote provided to You will include the discount.
The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. If you have an existing arrangement already with a mortgage broker or other intermediary then this offer will not apply.
Any applicable discount will be shown in Your quote and estimate of legal costs. All other fees and disbursements will be governed by our Terms of Business. We reserve the right to charge additional legal fees and disbursements as set out in our Terms of Business. You will receive our Terms of Business with our initial paperwork if You proceed with a transaction with us.
