I’ve come a long way since starting this job 10-years ago, but then so has the company. Together we have grown from a small team to a nationwide business, and my job is to always put our customers at the heart of it.
For me personally, I’ve gone from being the first face you would see as you walked into the building, to out on the road 3-days a week meeting our clients in the flesh. Being able to talk to them in their own environment, follow up on the good work of the new business team and make those relationships last is really at the core of everything I do.
The clients I engage with range from Preston in the north to Nottingham in the midlands. Here I come across enterprises from every sector but especially those from a construction or investment background. I’m also the person you’re likely to see if you attend events such as the New Build Exhibition in London, so do come over and say hello if you see the PLS stand.
