We’re looking for an experienced secured lending conveyancer to join our busy team. You do not have to be qualified but do need relevant experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge. A commitment to delivering exceptional client service is also essential.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Your main duties will be to undertake title checks, raising enquiries, preparing reports and signing off titles for purchase and refinance files.
- Managing your own paralegal who you will delegate work to, assisting them with more complex sales enquiries and mentoring them.
- With experience in acting for clients on either a dual or separate representation basis with their chosen lenders.
- Ensuring our clients and introducers of business always receive the best possible service and growing relationships.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Excellent client care skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of using a case management system (we use Proclaim)
