Your Duties

The main role of the Post Room Assistant is to support the Admin Office function across the firm.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post including making sure there is sufficient funds on machine and sufficient recorded delivery/special delivery labels etc
  • Photocopying and scanning documents as and when required
  • Responsible for making sure that there is sufficient stocks of tea, coffee, sugar etc
  • Responsible for checking that all printers and faxes have paper in them and that toner is not running out
  • Documenting legal documents
  • Filing
  • Maintenance of our internal document control processes
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
