Your Duties

The purpose of the Client Service Advisor is to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service from PLS by keeping them fully up to date with their property transaction through regular communication.

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Make outgoing calls to clients and referrers of PLS to introduce to themselves and provide an overview of what will happen in their property transaction, answer any questions about the conveyancing process, and record all appropriate information on the case management system
  • Keep in regular contact with clients and work referrers to ensure they are being kept fully up to date with their transaction
  • Regular meetings with Case Progressors, managers and others to discuss any potential issues with clients to ensure these are picked up and dealt with before they escalate
  • Be a positive ambassador for PLS ensuring clients get the best possible experience when using us
  • Ensure the Case Management System is kept fully up to date and used correctly
  • Working towards the departments KPIs and expectations
  • Adhering to all PLS policies and procedures


3 month temporary assignment with a possibility to go permanent.

£9.20 per hour
