Ted Kingsnorth joined the PLS Solicitors team in August this year and has since undertaken a mixture of both residential conveyancing and commercial property work. In the last few months, Ted has taken on an increasing number of commercial property transactions ranging from leases, acting for both landlord and tenant, option agreements and sales and acquisitions across the North of England.
