PLS is delighted to make shortlist in National Customer Service Awards for conveyancers 2018

PLS has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients by The ESTAS, the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

Over the past two months we have been asking customers to vote for us and we were delighted with the number of responses we had, and the comments we received.  We have been shortlisted for three awards – Manchester and London Regions and the National award.

The ESTAS highlights the best firms for customer service involved in the home moving process. The results are based purely on feedback data received from customers who were asked a series of questions about the service they received during the home moving process. This year, over 7,000 customers completed a survey providing 175,000 pieces of data relating to customer service delivered by conveyancing firms taking part.

The awards take place on Friday 19th October and it would be a proud moment for us to pick up an award or three, especially as this year is our 10th anniversary.
