Your Duties

Working with Client Services Manager and members of our Training & Development Team.

Duties:

  • You will have proven experience as a residential conveyancer and will be able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge of conveyancing transactions
  • You will work with the Client Services Manager to produce an Audit Programme for teams engaged in transactional work from client inception to post completion
  • You will audit those teams against that Audit Programme and provide reports to Team Leaders/Managers with regard to areas of non compliance with suggested remedial action
  • You will work with the Client Services Manager to police compliance with PLS’s process, procedures and use of case management system
  • You will ensure our clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service at all times by reviewing the audits undertaken and making such recommendations as are appropriate
  • You will work with the Exec Chair and the Client Services Manager to produce half yearly reports to the Board setting out your audit findings; identifying one off serious incidents and areas of potential systemic failure with recommended remedial action
  • You will work with the Exec Chair and Client Services Manager to investigate formal complaints and/or allegations of negligence on files and provide timely reports to the Executive Chair with suggested responses
  • You will work with the Client Services Manager to maintain a centralised register of complaints and notifications of circumstances of/claims for negligence against the firm
  • You will as part of the Training & Development Team and working with the Client Services Manager devise relevant and effective training programmes to eliminate non-compliance issues and to improve the experience of clients in the transactional journey
  • You will comply fully with all PLS Policies and procedure
