We are experts in the complexities of new build and are fully aware of the tight deadlines which are imposed on you to exchange contracts with the Developer.

Selling Your Existing Property

We can act on the sale of your existing Property. You will have one direct point of contact from initial instruction. We will assist you with the completion of your initial forms and respond to any enquiries which have been raised by the Buyer’s solicitor. We will also exchange contracts with the Buyer’s solicitor and agree a suitable completion date which is acceptable to all parties.

Part-exchanging

We can also act if you have agreed that you will be part exchanging your property with the Developer or you have come to an agreement with another party . We have experience in dealing with the issues which can arise when part exchanging your property and therefore offer a comprehensive package of advice.

Our approach

With over 125 employees we have dedicated teams which concentrate solely on their specific areas of expertise. For example, we have newbuild teams which will only work on newbuild and residential teams which focus solely on non-newbuild/residential. The fee earner leading the team will generally be supported by three assistants. This means that the fee earner is not “bogged” down in administrative tasks and is available to speak with you and ensure that you feel supported every step of the way from inception to completion. We also utilise cutting-edge technology and innovative processes and systems to maximise efficiencies and deliver a consistent and first-class service to you.
